After a few years of traveling all over the country due to my career as an educational consultant, I've learned a thing or two. Sometimes the easy way, more often than not, the hard way. Things like how to pack for five days in a carry-on, the miracle of Bose headphones, how to eat healthy in the middle of a food court, how to totally lose control in the middle of a food court, and how disguisting coffee makers in the the hotel bathroom are. And don't even get me started on the hotel remote control.
And so this blog is my attempt to help a fellow passenger.
I'll cover everything I've learned (and am still learning) about suitcases, packing, proper travel clothes, healthy habits, unhealthy habits, essential travel tools, the small luxuries, and staying connected with home, and yourself, even when you are so very, very far away from your own bed.
It is better to travel well than to arrive. -Buddha
